About Us

    Our studio offers various styles of ongoing Fitness, Dance, and Yoga classes and 6-week courses throughout the year.  With over 25 classes a week to choose from, students will have many options!
 
  • Ongoing classes include Yoga, Bellydance, Bootcamp, Butts & Guts, Clogging, and Zumba.  Ballroom Dancing will be offered once a week as a Drop-In class, and again as a 6-week Course.
  • Our studio features well-trained & experienced, professional instructors, progressive teaching methods, a non-competitive and encouraging atmosphere, all done in a serene, earth-friendly environment!
  • A Boutique is also available with Fitness, Yoga, and Dance clothing & accessories for sale!
