Extreme Bootcamp Workshop 2010

11am to 12:15pm (75 minutes)
This workshop is a BIG step up from the Bootcamp class offered Wednesday @ 6:15pm.
Navy Seal inspired & designed exercises to kick your fitness into shape SUPER FAST!
This workout
can only be done ONCE A WEEK to allow for muscle recovery. All exercises are done to failure, or close to it!
But...GOOD NEWS!!!...its very ADAPTABLE to most fitness levels and conditions! (Email with questions/concerns)
We'll do 20-26 stations, 2 minutes each alternating Strength and Cardio moves.
What to wear: fitness clothing, fitness shoes
What
to bring: Yoga/Fitness Mat, towel, water bottle (Mats & water are available for purchase at the studio)
