9 -Week Saturday Workshop begins January 16, 2010

9 weeks (9 Saturdays in a row)

Begins Saturday January 16 through Feb 27.

$60 for whole workshop (9 Saturdays) (Cash, Check, Paypal)
$10 Drop-In each Saturday (Cash, Check, Paypal)

11am to 12:15pm (75 minutes)

This workshop is a BIG step up from the Bootcamp class offered Wednesday @ 6:15pm.

Navy Seal inspired & designed exercises to kick your fitness into shape SUPER FAST!

This workout can only be done ONCE A WEEK to allow for muscle recovery. All exercises are done to failure, or close to it!

But...GOOD NEWS!!!...its very ADAPTABLE to most fitness levels and conditions! (Email with questions/concerns)

We'll do 20-26 stations, 2 minutes each alternating Strength and Cardio moves.

What to wear:  fitness clothing, fitness shoes

What to bring: Yoga/Fitness Mat, towel, water bottle (Mats & water are available for purchase at the studio)

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS WORKSHOP. ONLY 26 STUDENTS PERMITTED.

This monster workout will definitely leave you feeling the burn...and takes no prisoners, so no whining is permitted!
